What it do
this compares two frames and asks id each small patch/time lines up better after shifting left or right. repeats that across the gif and averages the guesses.
This is still pretty rough . Small frame gaps and small windows usually work best. It wont work for other kinds of motion but you can see how tht would work. windows overlap now, so the final mask is less blocky. bigger width keeps more detail, but eats memory and takes longer.
